3.Manufacturing Process
PCB Assembly: The heart of our microphones, the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), is assembled using surface-mount technology (SMT). This process ensures that all components are placed with exact precision, resulting in a product that performs reliably under various conditions.
Microphone Capsule Integration: The integration of the microphone capsule is a critical step in the manufacturing process. We ensure that each capsule is securely mounted to minimize vibrations and deliver clear, accurate sound.
